I have stepped away from Modding and doubt i'll return. I unlisted my mods but after several comments i'll just leave them public and post this notice. Y'all are free to continue the work, just credit the original creator. My github is public and has most of the sources I think.

A new drones designed with very specific task in mind and nothing else. This drone specializes in Handling Animals.

Material cost 300 steel, 6 components, 22,000 work.


Needs Androids Expanded to work.


Likely the final revision unless balance is needed.
Chasing down the Can't tame animals bug.

It has to be set otherwise it can't tame animals. Sorry, an unfortunate requirement :(

I'm not sure if this is a bug, but the rancher drone is set to <canSocialize>true</canSocialize>
This causes it to talk to your colonists, and it even started a social fight. Is this a mistake, or does it have to do this in order to work with animals?

It helps!I have sell all my slaves.Operating fort and he can not only use sword but also explore instantly,like the boomrat with sword.

The bug has been fixed, however, please note you will need to remake your rancher drone for the changes to take effect. Sorry for the inconvenience but that is the only way to make the upgraded stat rancher. :)

Nope, not a mod conflict, Just noticed the bug in my game as well. I'll be looking into it soon as I can.

Unless I have a mod conflict going on, this drone does not tame wild animals.
