Update: Added Covert Ops satchels to all Factions in Thigh and TorsoDeco slots.
Update: Added support for Meaty Abs for Faction Soldiers.

Added 2 new unlocks for arms for Skirmishers with normal fingers, for the benefit of Proficiency Skirmisher Cohorts. New required mods added.

This mod enables use of Pistol Friendly Skirmisher Decos and Skirmisher Capes, and adds some Modular Legacy Armor parts to kevlar tier on Faction and XCOM soldiers without needing to use Unrestricted Customisation.

Added Exo Suit deco to Shins for Skirmishers to fit a submission in the MEME community pool.

as long as the template names are the same i believe they should overwrite each other.

I have a mod that does the same thing in regards to the Skirmisher cape, would the two mods be compatible? Or rather would there be duplicate cape listings?
