It's not a framework's fault that a mod is doing something it probably shouldn't be doing in the first place and achieves it through rather hacky ways.
This is actually a general issue between XML Extensions and a HAR extension used by HAR-races. XML Extensions outright prevents the game from reading those properly, so basically every race that is update to the new HAR-feature will error the same way.
As bad as it is - right now those two mods are just outright incompatible until fixed.
