The Cash Blaster is a time-limited weapon for the 8th Anniversary update, it's literally just a reskin of the secondary flamethrower but it fires cash. To unlock it, you must find two of the statues that spawn across 8 vanilla heists, and they're different on every single one:

Jewelry Store - Safe and Drill
Firestarter - Almir Figurine
Four Stores - Swat Van
Nightclub - Toothbrush
Watchdogs - Brooklyn Bank Medallion
Rats - Cocktail
Bank Heist (Cash, Gold, Deposit, Random) - DEAD GAME T-shirt
Mallcrasher - Mariachi Figurine
