One other anomaly which is not mentioned here is the black and white painting in the kitchen. Normally, it shows a house between two dark trees. If you see a man in black stood by the front door, that is an anomaly.

Here's everything I've noticed which isn't on the list:
In the Waiting Room, the TV on the right side of the reception desk can get tinted red.
In Timmy's office, the buzzing man can also appear outside that window, and the panting of a house closest to the window can change to include a woman near the doorway.
In the Kitchen, in the cabinet on the wall above the place the "pinhead baby" can appear, those white bottles can begin spinning in place. The painting of a church near the fridge can change to include a man standing near the door (very hard to see, so I just took a picture every time I checked the room).

I didn't get to take screenshots of these, and I'm not sure if anyone has mentioned them yet, but there's two I don't see on this list. One in the waiting room, one of the screens on the wall can turn lightly red I believe and have different text, like "Your family is not safe," and mentions Timothy. Another is in Timothy's room, one of the pictures in there of a house can have what looks like a woman in all pink next to the door. Hope that helps.

One I noticed that's missing here. In Adam Holm's office, the white chair next to the door can change to an orange chair. I've only seen it twice, but I can confirm it was one that I saw change and I was like "Oh COME on with that..."

Just an FYI to anyone reading this: This list is as of yet incomplete. I have unfortunately died 4 times now to a set of anomalies not recorded here (nor anywhere else online that I can determine...). Keep your eyes peeled still

In the reseption area, a mannequin head can spawn on the counter closest to the kitchen

In the surveillance room the hand sanitizer dispenser next to the door can turn upside down and "buzzing guy" the the guide talks about appearing in the waiting room can also appear at the window to Timothy's room.
