1- Go to your steam library and search for Dragon ball Xenoverse 2
2- Once you find the game, right click on it and you should see 5 options to choose from that go by this order:
- Play
- Add to Favorites
- Add to
- Manage
- Properties...

3- Click on Manage after that you'll see 4 more options to choose from (you're almost done now!) that go by this order
- Add desktop shortcut
- Browse local files
- Hide this game
- Uninstall

4- Click on uninstall once, after that another window will pop up and will ask you to confirm your decision
