this is a mod collection getting rome II visually as best as possible at least for my taste
you need to install the GEMS configurator and than
##https://mega.nz/folder/lxgkgBoI#S7gxr4mE6BhlQ5hXj2-CAA download my GEMS preset and add it into your GEMSFX folder

there is also a ''READ ME '' file included which you should read after that you can delete that file .
with the mods listed below you get the best possible resaults
-note you don't need to download all particle mods just pick whichever you want until the resault is to your likings
-ALSO VERY IMPORTANT
you can only use Para Bellum Effect or Orbis Terrarum II or MIghty Effects choose one of these .
For Mighty Effects or Para Bellum no additional Particle Effects need .
-remember to activate scripting and video mods [] .
-i am useing Mighty Effects in my screenshots . In case you installed it correctly and its still not working as it should be , disable the mod
but keep it in your mod launcher that solved the problem for me . Even when the mod was disabled it will still work than funny thing :)
