This is my 100% achievement guide for DOOM Eternal.

If you find this guide helpfull please consider rateing it here on Steam and supporting me on Youtube by subscribing or just liking my videos. It helps me a lot.
I also appreciate all feedback from you here in comment section.

To find what you're looking for you can use ctrl+f to search this guide.

First of all I strongly reccomend backuping your save game from time to time or before harder sections.
Save is located in Steam\userdata\[your user number]\782330

First playthrough:

To get all achievments you will have to finish main game at least twice. First playthrough is for all achievements related to collectibles, mastery and Master of Fasting achievement.
Second playthrough will be for Running Up the High Score (Complete Extra Life Mode with 10 Extra Lives in your Inventory).

This is because Master of Fasting require you to replay mission with Cheat Code: Famine Mode witch you can find in mission 10, but in Extra Life Mode you can't replay missions.

So start the game at a difficulty you're comfortable. I strongly suggest first one. If you have problem with completing a Gore Nest or SLayer Gate in a given level remember that you can replay any finished mission later on when you get more upgrades and weapons. So don't waste your extra lifes and time.

Second playthrough - Running Up the High Score
At this point you should be familiar with the game and all of it's mechanics.
In Extra Life mode you start with 3 Extra Lives and if you run out game is over. So backup your save file often if you're struggling.
You can't replay missions here or reload checkpoints although you can get to main menu and reload game from last checkpoint so it's kinda stupid they disabled the option in menu.
Play on lowest difficulty and you should be fine. Use my videos to find locations of Extra Lifes, Armor Points, Crystals and other bonusses you may need.
I finished this mode with 50 Extra Lives in my inventory while dying once so there's plenty of room for mistakes.

Gore Nests

Gore Nests are secret encounter you can activate after you find them. You will then have limited time to kill a set of enemies. If you do you will get rewarded with weapon points that can be used to upgrade your weapon mods.

Slayer Gates

Slayer Gates are bigger and harder arena type encounters. First you will have to get a hidden Slayer Key and locate a Slayer Gate. Ater you activate this encounter you will be teleported to the arena.
Strategy here is very simple and it applies to every fight in DOOM Eternal - kill the big ones.
As long as there are heavy or super heavy demons alive small fodder demons will continue to spawn.

Challenges

Some missions have extra challenges. Completing those will grant you exta Sentinel Battery. If you find a good spot to get part of the challenge, for example kill specific enemy 3 times, you can reload checkpoint and your progress toward this goal will not reset. So you vcan compleate the challenge and forget about it. This also aplies to Weapon Mastery.

DLCs

I highly recommend playing both DLC on Extra Life mode right from the start. This way you will have to play only once and with my videos you'll get all the Extra Lifes. Backup your save game files from time to time in case something goes wrong.
Of course you can play DLC two times if you want to. Get a feel for the content, new enemies and bosses witch will make Extra Life run easier but you will have to finish each DLC two times. I went this route and I kinda regret it.
FLYNNTAGGART
On The Forteres od DOOM in your quaters ther is a computer. You can play DOOM on it but ther's also a pasworded section. Pasword is FLYNNTAGGART and it unlocks DOOM 2 to play.
At the end of the videos there is a summary and Fortress of DOOM section showing what upgrades I bought (if any) in base. How you spend your Sentinel Batteries is up to you. I suggest buying Sentinel Crystals first (located at the bottom level) and upgrading your health and ammo.

By following this guide you will unlock following achievments:

Crystal Craving - Upgrade Health, Armor, or Ammo

King of the Crystals - Fully upgrade Health, Armor, or Ammo in a single save slot

- Mission 4 - Doom Hunter Boss Fight

At the end of Mission 4 you will face a Doom Hunter, new type of enemy that serves as a boss encounter. He is protected by shield that can be overloaded with Plasma Rifle but his hoover platform is exposed and can be destroyed. After you destroy it his shield will be gone and you will be able to damage and kill him.
In phase 2 you will face two Doom Hunters at once. Strategy is the same. Note that they only move in certain area and never go near each other so you can easily separate them and focus on one at a time.
- Mission 6 - Marauder Boss Fight

Marauder serves as a boss for this mission but he will appear later in the game as one of enemies from time to time so lern how to fight him.
At short range he will shoot you with shotgun, at long range he will attack with ranged attac and ther's a good chance he will summon spectral wolf. You can't damage him at this ranges.
At medium range his eyes will glow green and he will swing at you with his axe. This is your opening. Shoot him with Super Shotgun when he does that and if you hit him he will be stunned long enough for you to reload and shoot him again (or Blood Punch him).
Repeat this few times and he will go in to Glory Kill state.
- Mission 8 - Gladiator Boss Fight

Gladiator is first true boss you will face.
He has two phases.
In first he's like a Marauder, you can only damage him when the eyes on his shield flash green and he attacks you. He also has a ranged attack with he's shield that he telegraphs by bashing it with his morningstar.
In phase 2 he has two morningstars and he can generate a shield that will reflect your shots at you. Form time to time he will also close you in sort of a cone shaped forxe wield where you need to awoid chains flying at you. This is a good oportunity to dish out some serius damage.
- Mission 12 - Khan Maykr Boss Fight

A rather easy boss fight. She has couple of attacks that don't do to much damage and can be dodged. She also summon Maykr Drones to help her so use them to replenish your ammo and life.
Strategy is very simple - use Lock-On Rocket Launcher to deal damage and when her shield is down use Super SHotguns Meat Hook to get close to her and hit her with Blood Punch. Repeat this 6 times and it's done.
- Mission 13 - Icon of Sin Boss Fight

Scary but not hard boss. He doesn't hit hard so don;t worry about his attacks. There is also plenty of small demons to replenish your helath and ammo and some bigger deamons you can easly kill with Crucible (there's plenty of ammo for it all around as well as for BFG).
Boss has two phases. In first you his him in his armor until it falls off. There are 8 sections and if armor falls off you will not deal damage by shooting him in that section.
After you shoot off all the armor phase two begins and it's basically the same but you shoot off parts of his body.
- Mission 1
- Mission 2
- Mission 3
- The Trial of Maligog (Boss Fight)
This fight has 3 phases but they are all very similar.

Phase 1 - 1x Cube and 1x Hell Knight
Don't bother killing the Knight, he will respawn. Instead focus on the Cube. When it opens the eye is revealed and you can deal damage to it. Shotgun grenades are quite good for this or use Heavy Rifle either in sniper mode or with micro missiles. Whichever you feel more comfortable.
After dealing enough damage to the Cube it will land and you must punch it into the shield otherwise it will regenerate. Eye inside gets red as its get closer to death.

Phase 2 - 1x Cube, 2x Hell Knight and a Pinky
Same as in phase one although you may want to kill Pinky from time to time as he can get to you very fast and may be hard to avoid. Killing one of the Knights also makes fight easier but you may want to set them both on fire.
Don't forget to punch the Cube.

Phase 3 - 2x Cube, 2x Hell Knight and a Pinky
Same as phase 2 but with 2 Cubes. Don't forget to punch them as they land.

- Samur Boss Fight
This is the final boss of first DOOM Eternal DLC

It has few phases

Phase 1
He jumps around the arena and shoot you with triple bolts of energy.
At some point he will spawn two loating eyes that will deal damage and slow you down.
Shoot him with any weapon you prefer but weapons that have high projectile speed are reccomended.
I discovered that Heavy Rifle is quite good throughout entire fight.

Phase 2
Boss will be protected by two spirits hidden inside Mancubus and Hell Knight.
Focus on Hell Knight first as he is more mobile and aggressive.
After destroying two spirits interact with boss to get to

Phase 3
In this phase you have to defend yourself from Cacodemons while jumping between 4 platforms with traps on them. At some point additional lasers will activate.
Use shotgun grenade to put demons in Glory Kill state and finish them off in this manner. This will regenerate your health making trap and laser damage negligible.

Phase 4
Similar to phase 1 but with more heavy enemies chaseing you.
Especialy Blood Makykr. Kill them to get ammo and buy yourself some peace.
Try to stay at higher platforms to avoid floating eyes below.

Phase 5
Same as phase 2 but with heavier enemies.
Focus on Dread Knight as he is more dangerous.
Kill two spirits and the fight is over.

- Mission 1
- Mission 2
- Mission 3
- Mission 4 - Boss Fight
This is the final boss of DOOM Eternal second DLC

Dark Lord is a bit complicated boss.
He works like a Marauder. You can damage him and stun for a moment only when his attack glows green. If you damage him in any other moment he will be healed and if he hit you in melee he will be healed.
Strategy is simple to explain but harder to execute.
When he telegraphs his oppening (sword glows green) shoot him with Super Shotgun to stun him and follow up with Hammer strike to stun him for longer. You should be able to hit him total of 5 times with Super Shotgun.
At the edge of arena there are some passive enemies you can Glory Kill and regain Hammer charge.
From time to time boss will also spawn two Spectral Wolves (only one in first phase).
Wolves drop Hammer charges after you kill them so if you have Hammer ready it's good to smash them and regain full charge.
In later phases he will spawn spectral Hell Knight along with Wolves/ Hell Knight do not drop Hammer charge.
At later phases boss will also spawn while bunch of heavy and super heavy specters that you can kill with one Hammer blow but they don't drop charges so you will have to recharge your hammer quickly on fodder.

Tips and tricks
First of all - Battlemode is the only multiplayer mode avaible at the time I'm makeing this guide.

You can check progress of each achievementin Extras -> Milestones -> Battlemode although for Weapons Expert it will not show with what weapons you already killed a demons, only a number of unique weapons used.
Man vs Monsters

Man vs Monsters - Play 25 BATTLEMODE matches

Easy enough. You just have to play 25 matches so it's basically an automatic achievement.
Weapons Expert

Weapons Expert - Kill a Player Demon with each of the 8 Slayer weapons in BATTLEMODE

Play as Slayer and try to kill demons with each weapon. The hardest kill is with BFG as you get access to it on round 4 and it will not kill enemy out right. On round 4 you can select BFG as your ultimate upgrade and it will come with 30 ammo (1 shot). You have to soften the demon quite considerably to kill him.
What I recommend is asking people you're playing with for help. I did that and was lucky enough to find two players willing to help me with this BFG kill. I'm sure you will find help on the forums as well and possibly someone willing to help you with all 8 weapons kills.
You can also leave a comment under this guide and I'm sure someone will answer.
Blood Bath

Blood Bath - Kill 200 opponents in BATTLEMODE

Kill 200 opponents either as demon or Slayer. That's just grind so you should get it sooner or later. Battlemode has terrible matchmaking so you just have to push through it.
Truce between Demons

Truce between Demons - Heal yourself or your teammate for 50000 health in BATTLEMODE

Play as a demon with defensive loadout. Heal yourself ot your teammate when it's possible. This is another grind achievement so don't wait for the perfect moment. There Is also ultimate ability Team Heal that can speed thigs up a little.
You can check your progress in main menu - extras - milestones - battlemode.
Mix and Match

Mix and Match - Play as 5 different Player Demons in BATTLEMODE

I doubt you need help with that :)
Fight Like Hell

Fight Like Hell - Do 5000 damage as a Player Demon in BATTLEMODE

Let's call it an automatic achievement. You'll deal that damage sooner or later. Just paly as a demon until it pops up.
Again, you can check your progress in main menu - extras - milestones - battlemode.
Horde mode overview and achievements

Let's Play - Complete the first Horde Mode Mission

Reinvent the Weapon Wheel - Re-collect all of the weapons on the Weapon Wheel

Game Over -Beat Horde Mode

In Horde Mode you will have to beat 3 missions, each consisting of 5 rounds (plus 2 bonus rounds) divided in to 3 Arenas, one Blitz and one Traversal.
Arenas are standard rounds where you fight few waves of enemies.
In Blitz you have to kill enemies fast before time runs out. If you meat the target number you will unlock a bonus round.
In Traversal you have to reach target destination in given time to unlock bonus round. In bonus rounds you gather coins that give you more points.

Now, I won't be discusting strategy on how to get best score etc. because I'm not interested in that and this guide is all about achievements and those are very simple and will unlock automatically as you go through this mode.
If you want to do this faster and don't care about points play on Easy and skip bonus rounds that means fail Blitz and Traversal.

For the Weapons Expert achievement, I notice I only have three weapons when first starting THE battlemode. Do I have to unlock the other weapons for the slayer? (minus BFG).
