Need for Speed: Underground (NFSU) é o sétimo jogo de corrida da série Need for Speed. O jogo traz para a série elementos inspirados no filme Velozes e Furiosos: corridas noturnas em circuitos urbanos e tuning. Além disso, é o primeiro Need for Speed a possuir uma história, reiniciando a série, e trocava os carrões luxuosos tradicionais da série por carros ligados à tunagem.

Need for Speed: Underground (NFSU) is the seventh racing game in the Need for Speed series. The game brings elements to the series inspired by the Fast and Furious movie: night races on urban circuits and tuning. In addition, it is the first Need for Speed to have a story, restarting the series, and replacing the traditional luxury cars of the series for cars linked to tuning.
