Dogs of War Mercenary Camp - Cataph's Southern Realms Sub Mod

This mod adds Southern Realms Mercenaries(Dogs of War) Camp like Ogre Camp.

Just like hiring existing Ogre mercenaries, there is a certain probability that mercenary camp markers will appear when certain conditions are met.

You can recruit Southern Kingdom Mode 27 ror unit(aka dogs of war) + 5 basic units.
There are 5 random dilemmas, and you can choose a combination of 3 mercenaries in the dilemma.

The combination is usually a set of 1-2 ror unit + 1 basic unit.
There are 15 combinations of melee infantry (6), missile infantry (2), melee cavalry (3), missile cavalry (1), artillery (2), monster (1).
I tried to match the unit recruit cost of each choice as similarly as possible.

All other factions except Chaos Warrior, Norsca, Beastmen, Skaven, Dark Elf, Southern Realms.

Bad guy factions except Greenskins and Vampires can't recruit mercenaries because they are Southern Realms archenemy.
Southern Realms factions are also unavailable because it overlaps with original mode's ror.

If you want that all factions can hire mercenaries, you can do it by using Mod Configuration Tool.


If you want to play this mod, you must subscribe to Cataph's TEB mod and you must have Ogre FLC.

You can customize all faction enable, camp spawn first encounter turn and camp respawn cooldown.

Always spawn option don't check please, if you check option and play you see spawn a camp after every battle. It is option for debug. But If you're in doubt that this mod works, it's ok to check and test.

Can Ogre Mercenaries still be hired?
Ogre mercs can still be recruited.

If one of the ROR units die, it permanently gone?
No. but if you want to rehire, you need to recontact TEB camp.

If I choose the same option again, do the units stack?
Basic units Yes
RoR units No. However, if RoR are recruited in your armys, you can replenish one into the RoR pool.

Is it working in mid-game?
Only new game enable.

Faction unlocked mods or other whole game mod compatible?
I tested with Mixu, and Kislev, and OvN mod's some faction is checked worked well.
But, other faction added mod compatible is not sure.
Whole game mod like Radious compatible is also not sure because I didn't tested.
It work compatible with SFO. However, the difference in unit stats is huge, so this sub mod is necessary.
