Introduction
Tenement building on Des Voeux Road West, Sai Ying Pun, Hong Kong. Built in 1921, and it's graded as Grade II historic buildings in Hong Kong[en.m.wikipedia.org].

Pre-war buildings are very rare in Hong Kong nowadays, because of urban redevelopment and the government or developers not doing heritage conservation.


Description
This is a high-density growable residential building, level 1, 1x2.

This is amazing. I grew up in HK in that area. Although I don't live in HK anymore but this is a great asset. Hope to see more.

Very nice use of the normal map :)
You can try making those letters different colour as well :) (or just a touch of a different shade, depending what's in the real world).
