[JSI] Vanguard Engineering Tracked Tender TT-01 "Mechanical Mule"

Presenting my humble, yet strong return to Stormworks, then Tracked Tender TT-01 "Mechanical Mule"

TT-01 is based on, as the name "Mechanical Mule" suggests, the Mechanical Mules used by the Allied forces in WWII to move supplies in smaller quantities over terrain that the supply lines couldn't normally cross. Slow, finicky, and mildly awkward, the Mules got the job done, and done well. Their use continued into the 70's and 80's, until when they were finally phased out do to the introduction of vehicles capable of handling poor terrain. The lives of the Mules, however, were far from over. They went to mines, farms, ports, warehouses, all over the world, and carried on their duty.

Thanks to the engineers at Vanguard, we are able to provide the public with a modernized counterpart of the renowned Mechanical Mule, such that the Legacy may carry on.
