Clicky Clacky Shine go Sparky. This is absolutely how I remember Zetterburn.

Improvements:
Zetterburn moves faster. Like, a lot faster...

Neutral special can be spammed to your heart's desire. It also has a new launch angle and invincibility at the start.
Taunting and Pressing Special changes the launch angle of shine to normal Zetter's shine.

Fspecial is transcendent, faster, and spammier.

Up special is faster and kills.

Down special has super armor and summons a shower of transcendent meteors that spike.
Rune L makes these meteors obliterate opponents.

Hold A during neutral air to sPeEeEeEeEeEeEn.

Fair, Uair, and Ftilt all have stronger hitboxes against burning opponents.

Down air is untechable.

Fstrong, Ustrong, and Dstrong are faster and much stronger against burning opponents.

Taunt sounds a lot cooler (really important change).

Thicc shine kills a lot better.
Rune O makes thicc shine a bit dumb.
