Tied with The Pinnacle Marina Tower, it has a height of 137 m.
Located in the Columbia district of Downtown San Diego, Emerald Plaza is a 30-story building with a clustered hexagonal roof, designed by architects C.W. Kim Architects & Planners

I am working on a project of several buildings for which I will take my time to achieve them
...so I won't be available for a very long time ; )

Wow. This looks amazing. In the 3d SketchFab preview the windows accurately reflect what's near them. Are they reflective in the game as well, or do they use the stock city reflection? I'm not an asset creator, so I don't even know if that's possible, just curious.

Either way, this is an outstanding asset.
