Sniper Theme Earrape for Smoker

Beskrivning

Changes the smoker grab theme to an earrape version of the Sniper's theme from Team Fortress 2, as well as the 2 short tracks for when a smoker is near (changed to a few sniper quotes).

Works with the sniper model and sound replacement mods already out there (as long as you get the versions that don't replace music).

@Dreamer There's this wierd cap where if it is too loud it automatically makes it like 10x quieter... This was around as loud as I can make it without it doing that, so you'll just have to manually turn it up in your settings or something.
