The original is made by lesneak, so big props to them for making the French version.
I went ahead and decided to work on an English version with some quality of life improvements since it seemed highly requested. I've scanned all of my cards from my own personal collection, as well as what I could gather from others of the All Out War community. I will continue to update this with more expansions and boosters, as well as custom content.

Never played before? No fret! I would recommend reading through the anthology Rulebook spawned next to the All Out War game box to get started. You can also watch my YouTube tutorial posted above on how to set up All Out War on Tabletop Simulator.

HOW TO USE ONE WORLD:
-Click the "i" on the bottom right of the One World.
-Click the "Lock" on the bottom right.
-Click the globe icon with the "1" on the top right.
-Double click on the X of the desired location on the map.
-Click the Build button on the top right to build the map.

-Once built, if you would like to clear the map, click the "CLR" button on the bottom right.
-To go back to the main world map, click on the Globe icon.
-Click on the words "All Out War" (if the words do not show up, click the Globe icon until they do).
