[TLW] Mule - Class Transport

A very small and compact cargo transport rover. Dubbed the Mule it's an upgrade from a previous temporary model used for across base cargo transport and movement. With its small size and cheap cost it's the perfect vehicle for getting building materials from or to places of need in small spaces, it also gives it the ability to easily get transported on larger vehicles to other places.
It's primary functions are:
- In Base Movement
- Cargo Transport to Building in Progress
- Cargo Transport from Scrapping in Progress
