BIG Update 09/22: renewed the complete collection!

This is an extended All-in-One collection for the Modern Japan DLC with all the top assets from the Workshop in 2022 for building a realistic city in japanese style. This collection contains 1000 subscribed objects (after unpacking about 4500 single assets will be additionally loaded into the game) including the following elements:

- JP Low and High Residental Buildings (growable & ploppable)
- JP Low and High Commercial Buildings (growable & ploppable)
- JP Industry and Office Buildings (growable & ploppable)
- JP Service Bulidings (Transport, Education, Deathcare, Police, Fire, Health, Electricity etc.)
- JP Parks and Parking Lots
- JP Streets, Rails and Intersections
- JP Metro and Shinkansen
- JP Temple and Rural Buildings (Traditional JP Style)
- many JP Unique Buildings
- Sports Buildings (f.e. Baseball, Swimming, Football, Tennis, Golf etc.)
- Leisure & Tourism Buildings (f.e. Clubs, Bars, Cafes, Restaurants, Hotels, Shopping etc.)
- JP Props, Trees and Decals
- necessary and useful Mods

Not included: JP Cars, Maps + Themes, District Styles (you can easily create your own DS's in game with the Mod "Building Themes")

Use RICO Revisited Mod to change any building into Residental, Commercial, Industry or other type of specialization.
