I don't see the First to the Punch Achievement on your list.

for "The Key to Escape" achievement, you don't have to repair all 5 generators, you only need to be the last survivor. i'd also add that the killer has to close the hatch for you to be able to open it and get the achievement.

For "The Key to Escape" achievement it's no longer required/possible for all survivors to leave through Hatch. You have to be the last survivor standing in the trial, either after all of your teammates have been sacrificed or escaped, then the hatch spawns. Then, you gotta wait for the killer to close it aswell, so you can re-open it with the key and escape.

So if you kill all the survivors, this does not guarantee you a "merciless victory". You weren't able to break enough pallets, generators, or chased a survivor a little and used little killer's ability.

To be guaranteed a "merciless victory", you will need to get the maximum number of points in each of the four categories.

Brutality - Hurting Survivors and destroying Objects.
Deviousness - Awarded for clever use of their Power.
Hunter - Finding, chasing and catching Survivors.
Sacrifice - Hooking, Killing, and Sacrificing Survivors for the pleasure of The Entity.
