Removing Forced HDR Implementation
Does your game look washed and the blacks look greyish?

Alright, for those people who are not using HDR Monitors, add these command line arguments: -deependark and -forcenohdr

What it does is that it removes the forced HDR implemented in the Enhanced Edition of the Game. To find where to input these argument, For Steam: click on the game on your library, and select the Gear icon and click Properties. You may input it in the Launch Options section. This also works on other platforms (ie. Epic, Game Pass for PC, etc.)

Proceed with Caution! Applying Newer Version of DLSS (Up to DLSS 3.5 - Not Frame Gen)
You got ghosting issues with DLSS turned on?

UPDATE: You may use DLSS Swapper to freely update the DLSS and revert to the original one. Check it out here: DLSS Swapper Github Site [github.com]

Here is one solution that worked for me, but do proceed with caution. Try using the new version of DLSS (The game has 2.0 while the latest one as far as I know is 2.2 from RS6Siege). You may try and copy the file called "nvgnx_dlss.dll" with the new one.

Again, proceed with caution and always back up the original file. You can download the 2.2 Version of the file here:

NVIDIA Freestyle and Sharpening
Another addition is you can play with the Sharpening via NVIDIA Control Panel or by using NVIDIA Freestyle via the Geforce Overlay (activate thru the Geforce Experience and once activated you can press Alt+Z while in-game) when playing with DLSS turned on to make it look more crisp.

Want more sharp image? Upscale using via NVIDIA DLDSR
For RTX Users, NVIDIA DLDSR (Deep Learning Dynamic Super Resolution) is a tool we can use to produce more sharp image and to nullify the use of the in-game anti-aliasing.

DLDSR, compared to normal DSR, is said to be more performance-friendly as it uses the same tech as DLSS. The cool thing is that you may also use DLSS along with DLDSR for sharper image without a huge penalty in your performance.

Give it a try now! Go to the NVIDIA Control Panel and Manage 3D Settings, go to DSR - Factors and an option to use DL Scaling will be on top of the options. Feel free to tick both boxes for DL options. Adjust the DSR-Smoothness to your liking. (Reddit discussions based that higher number of Smoothness value is the sharpest one so I went with 100%)

Most likely, yeah, Preset E is the one that is recommended at least from looking at YouTube videos comparing other presets on different games. Will test it out to see if it holds any truth to this title as well.

I heard since v3.7 is out the E preset is default and superior to other presets in many games (not all?).

Update: Got a Suprim X 3080 10G last year but got busy with all the backlog and work lol

Will do more testing of this specific title again soon. Upon recent playthrough, still works with DLSS 3.7.20, don't know if it needs to be tweaked via DLSSTweaks but will check and see if it needs to (Which preset works best). I also need to finish this game once and for all, along with the DLC. :espresso:

Version 3.1.1 consolidates all modes into a single large file, allowing devs and end users using the SDK to switch modes on the fly during gameplay. It defaults to Mode D, similar to 2.4. In contrast, version 2.5.1 defaults to Mode F for ultra performance and Mode C for quality. Presets include:

-Preset A (for Perf/Balanced/Quality): Older variant targeting ghosting in elements with missing inputs such as motion vectors
-Preset B (for Ultra Perf): Similar to A but optimized for Ultra Performance mode
-Preset C (for Perf/Balanced/Quality): Generally favors current frame information, suitable for fast-paced game content
-Preset D (for Perf/Balanced/Quality): Default for Perf/Balanced/Quality, emphasizing image stability
-Preset E (Unused)
-Preset F (for Ultra Perf/DLAA): Default for Ultra Perf and DLAA modes

Complementary to this:
(NVIDIA CP) 16x HQ AF Clamp
I use DLSS 3.5 with Preset C with DLSS Tweaks Config Tool
If you just want to swap the DLSS without modding, you can use DLSS 2.5.1

thanks for this, playing with 2.5.1 DLSS quality and DL scaling set to 1.78 2560x1440 the game looks gorgeous and very sharp, 60 fps on a 3060

Don't even try latest DLSS 3.1.1. It causes ghosting. Latest stable SDK - 2.5.1

This is how the game should have been made! Thank you! Can also confirm DLSS 2.5.1 works!

Wonderful tips, thanks! Also, I just tried DLSS 2.5.1 file and it works like a charm!
No ghosting or artifacts whatsoever!
