L4D1 Style Lobby Panels

This addon will replace the L4D2 lobby panels with custom-made L4D1 styled ones.

I am aware there is already another mod that does the same thing, but it reuses the same background for all characters, and I didn't like that.

I had to rip the survivor images straight out of the Dark Carnival and The Parish posters by hand, so it may not look perfect.
