Go to Forza Horizon 4 files. Find game exe, right click and open features tab. Click compatibility tab and click on run as administrator. Go to game and open the settings. Enable the vertical sync.
Have fun.

Forza Horizon 4 dosya konumuna gidip oyunun exe'sini bulun. Sağ tıklayıp özellikler kısmından yönetici başlat seçeneğini işaretleyin. Oyuna girip ayarlar sekmesine gidin ve Dikey Senkronizasyon özelliğini açın. İyi oyunlar dilerim.

This actually works. I never actually comment on these things, but this worked so well that I felt I had to. It got me from 100fps average to 138fps average. Only thing I did different was also checking 'Disable Fullscreen Optimizations'. Thank you so much!!
