Beskrivelse
This is the Hisamatsu Shoten store and residence in Ishioka City, Ibaraki Prefecture.
Built around 1930 as a store with a signboard architecture to sell cosmetics and miscellaneous goods.
Currently, Suzumeya, which produces and sells original fabric products, is in business.

茨城県石岡市の久松商店店舗兼住宅です。
化粧品や雑貨を販売する看板建築店舗として、昭和5年頃に建てられました。
現在はオリジナル布製品を製作販売する「すずめや」が営業しています。

I've always found some of the architecture of the Meiji era super interesting (even though this is somewhat after it). It's like your classic American downtown style of building, but with Japanese flair.
