Small Soviet Hotel

A small modernist and retro looking hotel, based specifically on buildings found in Poland (which wasn’t “Soviet”, so maybe the title is misleading). This 6 storey building features room for a restaurant in the rear, as well as an upper veranda, and several small balconies overlooking the front of the hotel.

Even if you aren’t building a “soviet” city, this modernist structure can easily transfer into another setting. It doesn’t even have to be a hotel!


In-game:
Item in game is a landmark (because I just don’t know what I am doing with RICO editing). I’ve been using ploppable service blocks to give it a mixed use function. Search the Find It! Mod with the phrase “Soviet Small Hotel” to locate it.
