Badges
You can get one of five badges depending on which response options you choose. The order doesn't matter here, the main thing is the total number of possible actions (first or second). It's important to note that the first possible action - the one above.

How to get?
The Ghost Detective
Select all 14 second / 1 first and 13 second / 2 first and 12 second possible actions.
The Paranormal Professor
Select 3 first and 11 second / 4 first and 10 second / 5 first and 9 second possible actions.
The Gorilla Scientist
Select 8 first and 6 second / 7 first and 7 second / 6 first and 8 second possible actions.
The Trailblazing Explorer
Select 9 first and 5 second / 10 first and 4 second / 11 first and 3 second possible actions.
The Masked Avenger
Select all 14 first / 13 first and 1 second / 12 first and 2 second possible actions.
Stickers
There are a total of 28 different stickers, but you can only get only 14 of them. It depends on your choice which of the two stickers you receive. All stickers for each possible action are shown here.

Anyone got ay idea how to get rid of leftover cards showing up on the badge page? It's really tripping my OCD.

Anyway, now It's all irrelevant because the sale is over. The badges and stickers is no longer available for getting. Glad to know I helped someone figure this out. Good luck everyone!

@Taco ☭, this part shows how many top (first) or bottom (second) answers (possible actions) you need for each of the badges.

I wish I had looked up this guide sooner. I got stuck with the puking Lead Poisoning sticker (really didn't expect that from the choice I had made there), and would much rather have had the turning calender pages. Also, I much rather would've had the flying airplane instead of the sticker that's getting its face punched in, which I also got stuck with because of my decision.

Well, the story did warn me that my decision cannot be undone, so it's kinda my fault for not checking for a guide first. At least I can still get the cute doggy and the delicious pancakes, which I haven't screwed myself out of yet.
