The tutorials for the other upgrade pannels are not there yet. @Master Hellish, When can we watch the other parts?

Thanks for explaining the signals. It's too bad the game is not very helpful at explaining itself - or the popup hints that come up don't pause the game, so I don't bother reading anything at a penalty.
