Normal Achievements
Simply put, you mostly get them while playing casually.

Monsters Can Love, Too
Even love can bloom on the battlefield
- Recruit a monster and wait many days till another one move in. A faster way is to purchase a Love Balloon.

Circle Of Life
Witness the miracle of monster reproduction
- This need two monsters living together and they will "pillowtalk" together. A faster way is to purchase a Erotic Cake but it is mostly luck base chance.

Back To The Grind
Have an unemployed resident find a new job
- You must recruit a monster who is unemployed, set your rent to zero to help his Satisfaction and if needed, upgrade the room and hope he/she get a job soon.

Blowin' This Popsicle Stand
Have a resident skip out on paying their rent
- Make the rent ridiculously high to the point your tenant can't pay and wait several days till they decide to leave.

Movin' On Up
Add a second floor to your building
- You need to beat the quest "Wanted : Gang!" and it will cost you 1500$ to add a second floor.

Great View From Here!
Add a third floor to your building
- You must beat the quest "Wanted : Colossus!" and it will cost you 10000$ to add a third floor.

On Top Of The World
Add a fourth floor to your building
- You must beat the quest "Wanted : Mighty Magic" and it will cost you 50000$ to add a fourth floor.

No Vacancies
Fill every possible vacancy
- You need to have the fourth floor built and every room need to have three monsters. If you want this done quickly, you should move any tenants that has three monsters to the highest floor and the monster without a child live at the lowest floor so they can go home faster and pillowtalk more offen. Buy Erotic Cake and Love Balloon if needed.
Monster Reputation Achievements
These achievements can be a time consuming as you may have to start a second new game or use your first game in the attemp to get a better reputation on one faction at the cost another faction.

To know better your monster, please look into the bestiary from the door way with the flag in-game. Each of them have a specific need. All the achievement in this section require fourth tier monster however you do not actually need to have them recruited you just need them visite your place.

As you can see the picture on top each of them show how they feel about me (Reputation). The Abyssals love me; the Cheepies like me; the Undead, the Demi-Humans and the Chimerae have no opinion on me; the Elementals dislike me; and finally, the Demons hate me.

Cheepy Master
Recruit a top tier Cheepy
- This one is easy, all you need is make their Satisfaction at the max which you just need to spent lots of money on room improvement. You must complet the quest "Dirty bombs, dirt cheep" + side quest with the third floor built. Their is no conflicting faction with the Cheepies.

Undead Master
Sucker a top tier Undead into moving in
- This one too is easy you need to win every battle without any enemies reaching the door with the flag. There are three quest that need to be done : "Rent of the Dead", "Hunting the Hunter" and, "Ghost Buster". The Undead do not have any conflicting faction.

Elemental Master
Conjure a top tier Elemental into your building
- Improving their room will slowly increase your Reputation. You need to finish the quest "Set the Fire Free!" + several side quests. The Elementals hate the Abyssals therefore it is in your best interest not to recruit any Abyssals.

Abyssal Master
Let a top tier Abyssal darken your doorstep
- Getting this one is the hardest as you will require a lot of Fishy One with Bloody Altar. I end up with six room with Fishy One. You must complete the quest "Tekeli Tekeli-li!". The Abyssals hate Elementals.

Demi-Human Master
Make room for a top tier Demi-Human
- The Demi-Human can be similar to the Undead, as long no one dies in battle they will gradually love you. There are two quests need to be done : "Snow Falling on Circuses" and "Masters of Science". The Demi-Humans hate the Demons.

Demon Master
Invite a top tier Demon into your home
-Not entirely hard, sent as many cannon fodder and the Demons will love you a lot even if you sent their kind to the grind. You must complet the quest "The Blood Letter". The Demons hate Demi-Humans.

Chimerae Master
Domesticate a top tier Chimera
- Similar to the Cheepies, they will love you if the other resident Satisfaction is high. There is two quests need to be done : "The Black-Tailed Gull" and "The Good News Bears". The Chimerae has no conflicting faction.
From the Start to the End Achievements
From the start of a new game to the end of the game, these achievement require you to beat Sieghard in the quest "Unholy Heights" or beat Sieghard as soon as you built the second floor.

It is also possible to get all these three achievements in one playthrough however you need to chose wisely your tenant. Cut to the Chase achievement is also combinable with No Monster Left Behind.

World Domination!
Complete the main quest
- Beat Sieghard in the quest "Unholy Heights".

The Kindly Landlord
Evict none throughout your campaign
- Do not evict anyone at all and beat Sieghard in the quest "Unholy Heights" only. It is highly recommend you get top tier monster and you do not need to worry if you let a lower tier monster die in order to replace them with a better one.

No Monster Left Behind
Let none die under your watch
- Do not let your monster and potential resident die at all and beat Sieghard. You will not be able to get any higher tier Demons but the good news is that you can evict monster at your will and fill them with top tier monster.
Hidden Achievements
Hidden achievement does not provide any information untill you achieved them.

My name is Inigo Montoya
Witness a resident swearing to avenge the death of their child.
- A easy way to get it is to recruit a monster that need hot or cold air condition, purchase there needed air condition, make them mate to give a child and than remove the air conditionning, let the child dies from normal temperature.

Oddly enough I found it really easy to unlock "My Name is Inigo Montoya". Since you can time the final battle all you have to do is pick a good spot, save, and then evict the kiddies seconds before Sieghard shows up. And if you don't get the timing right just try again. It's worth it! The grieving parents get a shocking attack boost of roughly a hundred or so points until death or vengence.
This also works for getting "Cut to the Chase" (yes I'm lazy and evil). But you'll have to save up for both the extension and four of those little planned parenthood cakes. However you can't evict the kiddies the second you start the extension so you have get them out of their rooms before then (room change tends to work), as Sieghard shows up instantly when the work is done. Time it right and he'll bump into them on his way out...heh.

Cut to the Chase
Defeat the legendary hero at the first opportunity
- Beating Sieghard once you get the second floor is not entirely easy.

You will need to breed stronger monster. To do that, make two monsters mate, give birth to a child, the child grows up and his stats (attack, physical defence and magical defence) is superior to his parent, kick both parent and repeat the mating process.

You can boost stats by sending your monster to kill adventurer however the more you kill the slower the point will be added to the stats.

There are three tier two monsters available : Studeepy of the Cheepies, Zombie of the Undead, and Flowery of the Elementals. I highly recommend you to have two Studeepies and two Zombies and level there stats at 80 on average. With four of these monsters you should not have much problem to beat Sieghard.

It's been age I haven't played this game but if my memory serve correctly: you will need fourth floor built, recruit Elementals from low to mid tier and do as much of any quest as possible to trigger "Set the Fire Free!":flamen:

I just beat the game, how do I unlock the "Set the Fire Free!" quest? I'm maxed out on friendship as far as I know with the elementals, but I didn't unlock anything of the sort.

http://steamproxy.net/app/249330/discussions/0/792923683966293207/ Apparently yes running off in the middle of the night doesn't count as an eviction.:draculala:

For the non-evict one, is it ok if they run off in the night or would that count as evicting them?

Awesome guide, thanks so much! This has to be one of my favourite games on Steam, lol. Interested to see what that Inigo Montoya thing is about though, I have the same problem as another commenter (removing the air conditioning never works) so it's just about working out the timing...

The achievement My name is Inigo Montoya main goal is that you have to get a child killed before they become an adult. There are two ways to kill a child : room temperature and enemis. Getting the wrong room temperature slowly drain the health of the child and to a eventual death while using enemis is a lot trickier as children cannot go out for combat and the only time that they can get attack are when they come home from school so...:boneleton:

I've been trying on doing the aircon trick for the Inigo Montoya achievement, but to no avail. The children always grew older right before even dying. Am I only possible achieving this with particular monster which its children grew old longer than others? :skyesad:
