Centesian Enabler [For Elithian Alliance]

Enables Centesians for use in starbound with the Elithian alliance mod.

I discovered that there's centesians in starbound elithian alliance and decided to enable the species for selection in the character creation menu,give the species a generic teleport animation, human ship, and a few other bits that allow it to be playable. I also gave the species access to the aegi starter quest to provide anyone who wants to play as a centesian something to do as the species is nowhere near officially released and thus devoid of content.

Fully compatible with Frackin Universe BYOS as the regular ship is just the vanilla human vessel. This mod does not add any new items and simply implements enough into the game for the centesians to be playable with no crashes. It is important to note that the respawn animation in the elithian alliance mod for the centesians is the avikan one and therfore it will be visually glitched. You can press escape to skip it however no crash will occure if you don't.

Hopefully after the release of the Akkimari when the Centesians are complete this mini-mod becomes obsolete. Should be multiplayer compatible if both you and your friend have elithian alliance installed although I cannot guarentee this.
