Frees TTT from the shackles of CSS asset packs. Must be installed by the server admin.
Makes the microwave a citizen ration
Makes the radio a cell phone
Makes binoculars a camera
Makes the dna scanner a suitcase (just because. Ik it wasnt a CSS asset before)

Slightly alters gameplay since now the player will actually hold the item in front of them as well. (detective items only)
