Beat the Devs
It is recommended that you enable the timer in the options for this.

To start a full timed run you have to go from the main screen, click Play, then start with the first stage. If you do that and have the option enabled, you should see two timers on the bottom left. The top one is the total time across all levels. Then once you finish a level, you can take a break as the timer stops in-between levels. When you are ready you can start the next level.

The timer only counts inside the level, and not during the camera view of the level. Only when you control characters. This is basically the sum of all level times you get, except you have to do all of them in a row, never restart a level and never skip a level.

It is recommended that you get a purple time trophy in all levels before attempting this as to get purple trophies you often have to learn a different faster way to complete the level.

The spoiler paragraphs below discuss the time you need to reach, which is kept secret by the developers.

Before the Done to Death update:

The developers have hinted that if you can finish the whole run in less than 30 minutes you will definitely unlock the achievement. We also know from feedback that 33 minutes is definitely not enough.

Compared to doing the best run you can get (purple trophies everywhere etc.) you have about 5 minutes to spare. Don't forget to do what you did to get purple trophies and you should easily get the achievement.

For comparison, here are my times when I unlocked it:

End of Mines: 06:00.8
End of Mountains: 15:58.8
End of Castle: 27:09.0
End of ???: 28:42.0 approx.

A second run I did after they fixed Steam achievements ended at 31:32 approx. and unlocked the achievement, so the target time is probably between that and 33 minutes.

After the Done to Death update:

The update added levels, and those need to be completed for this achievement to unlock. As a result, the target time has been extended, and is now somewhere above 51 minutes and 47 seconds. This means that, if you could do the game in about 30 minutes before the update, you have 20 extra minutes for the new levels.
Enter Orbit spoilers
The last Castle level, Collapse, features a cannon that you can aim for the top of the screen at the very beginning of the level. Firing there unlocks the achievement.
Inefficient Use of Human Resources spoilers
Kill 100 or more knights in a single level, then finish the level to unlock the achievement.
Law of Knight Conservation
You need to get the minimum number of deaths and still feed Jeff to unlock this achievement. That's 5 deaths including the one where Jeff eats you.
Master of Magnetism spoilers
Progress in the level "Equal and Opposite" normally until you reach the second checkpoint. Then go back to the first checkpoint to unlock the achievement.
No Vacancy spoilers
You need to kill a total of 26 knights in the first level of the game to unlock this achievement. Precision, precision!

Done to Death update:

From what I understand the number of knights required was lowered. Apparently it is now 23 knights required, which shouldn't be a challenge at all anymore.
Precision Air Drop spoilers
Finish the level "Instant Carpet" without dying more than once to unlock the achievement.
Room For One More
No Vacancy + 1 will unlock the achievement.
Soul Crushing spoilers
Unlock all doors in the "Maximum Security" level, then fall to your death to unlock the achievement.
Stress Relief spoilers
Start the game, start a level, kill a few knights, quit the game directly without finishing the level, unlock the achievement.
There's Really Nothing Over Here spoilers
You have to reach a special part of the level and be alive when you reach it to unlock the achievement. The levels with special places are the following:

  • Long Distance Freight
  • Knightsicle
  • Ice-Mobile
  • The Right Knight in the Wrong Place
  • Collapse
  • ???

Finding and reaching these places is a puzzle in itself, one that you will have to solve. Happy hunting!

Extra clues for each location:

This should be explicit enough if you're really really stuck.

  • Left.
  • That's a long way down to die.
  • Up.
  • Right.
  • Build a bridge, cross the pond/river/goo, become a legend.
  • MUHAHA.

My game details is "friends only" right now for personal reasons. The fact that I use SAM to unlock broken achievements after I have completed the related task is no secret though, I advise people to do that regularly on forums. Some broken achievements you can use previous versions, some you can fix the game files or the save, some you can use SAM. I use achievements as a checklist of things to do in the game not as a competition. Now let's keep the thread about the guide, thanks!
