I didn't make their ethnicity into specific one on purpose. Since they're speaking in Spanish, Probably somewhere in Middle/South America though. ;D
Btw, Their original voices are from the Spanish Lords in GTA IV, which is a Puerto Rican gang.

So sorry for the trouble I caused you in the past with that "bug" of mine. Perhaps put a disclaimer into the description in case anyone like me faces that issue. I've got no clue when that dumb setting even got toggled on.
