Welcome to the new part of Holt Town - Obruchevskiy district!


There you can see 4 soviet/post-soviet buildngs. Also there are garages and some decorations like benches, street signs and graffiti. The district is located north of the Holt town, behind the forest. You can get into district along 2 roads near Holt Town: northwest and east.

Жалко что ни в одном здание нету интерьера. По лагам всё норм, не лагает вовсе. Просто физику на минимум поставить нужно.

@pook, если рядом с Holt Town у вас не началась прогрузка, лаги и не появились дома, то отлетите от города на 1-1.5 км и подлетите обратно
