Colored Completion Marks for Delirium

Makes all completion marks colored including the new Delirium completion mark which changes the torn and wrinkly paper to make it be it's face instead.

May require you to restart the game after installing the mod
(How to fix)

1 - Subscribing to the mod
2 - Launching the game and waiting for it to install
3 - See if it worked, if it didn't work or looks a bit bugged, close the game and launch it again.

Only works in Repentance.
(any problems lets me know and I'll see if I can do something about it)
