The California fan palm (washingtonia filifera), otherwise known as California palm or desert fan palm. Native to southwestern United States and northwestern Mexico. The tree grows in subtropical regions.

The tree is animated.

(The hitcheck is shorter than the object due to the 8x8x8 meters height restriction)

I'm really enjoying all the new trees and foliage you're adding! One of the things I have found very limiting in the game is the limited foliage options. It's great to have more variety!
