Xbox HUD Extra #7: Voting Panel

Modifies the panel that appears during votes to display the text used in the Xbox 360 version of L4D2. Normally, the panel just shows text telling you which key to press to vote yes/no, but this adds icons for START and BACK that are normally exclusive to the Xbox 360 version. (note, for best immersion results due to PC limitations, enter these 2 commands into the console: [bind "BACK" "togglescores;Vote No"] [bind "START" "gameui_activate;Vote Yes"]) For use with the Xbox HUD modular pack (credit to "bonnie", the original creator of it).
