Oh yeah. You got it. Windows 98 startup sound is the best of all retro sounds you could add.

Use this mod with anything replacing the thumbs up animation, with my personal favorite being the dab

if you have the isaac flips you off mod it replaces the thumbs up with the birdy

hi, i made a modification to your mod so it plays the sound from that one meme of the guy disappearing

Update - I've limited it down to the 3 sounds and as {ST}skrub advised, the only solution was to rename the files to what they would be in vanilla instead of the custom sounds file. This'll likely improve compatibility somewhat. - I had a look into another way using lua scripts but it seems unlikely for the time being.
