Unique Trait: Peace, Work, and Well-Being
Cities constructing either Espionage or Military Buildings undergo a 'We Love the King Day.' Units receive up to +2 Movement when beginning their turn near a city celebrating a 'We Love the King Day.'

Unique Unit: Ejército Colorado
The Ejército Colorado is Stroessner's unique Infantry replacement. Unlike the Infantry, this unit begins with bonus XP when trained in a city with a Police Station; the amount doubling to +30XP if that city is the Capital. In addition, Ejército Colorado stationed in a city undergoing Resistance will turn that Resistance into a WLTKD. Station your Ejército Colorado in cities unsure of how to best express their love for you.

Unique Building: Represa
The Represa is the unique Hydro Plant replacement for Paraguay under Stroessner. Like the Hydro Plant, the Represa can only be constructed in a city built adjacent to a river, increasing the Production output of every tile the city works that is also adjacent to the river. In addition, the Production and Gold output of river tiles is added to the city toward the amount of Food stored after growth. This amount cannot exceed the city's storage limit, as set by Aqueducts and Research Labs. Constructing the Represa consumes 1 Aluminum.
