On the topic of other mods...
While the mod is cool, it works weird because of "no tear effects" caveat.
Which makes attack items from mods unavailable.
Here's what I thought of.
What if, if you used Alchemy!, it had a certain chance to add the item being transformed to the current flask? Regardless of the passive, it will work as long as the flask is active.
(But also, it works as usual. So you can make a flask and get an item both.)
If 20/20, the flask shoots double now.
If Host Hat, explosive immunity as long as the flask is selected.
Isn't a bummer to find good items that are useless without tears then, and adds some gambling elements to alchemizing purely defensive or utility items.

The mod does not make any sense! It creates a bug where hearts are not displayed at all.
I manually checked each installed mod to make it clear that the bug is in this one
