Bullet Bill

Bullet Bill, the deadly obstacle of Mario fame, ricochets into Rivals of Aether! Use his Bill Blaster as a means to control the stage, and blast through his opponents!

NSpecial - Kamikaze Bill:
Bill readies himself and flies off into the hold direction, Bill will be covered in flames, which brings some recoil damage, to compensate this move has incredible kill power! It's so incredible that it even kills Bill himself if he lands the move or touch a terrain while using it! However there are ways to prevent that, which we'll discuss in a moment.

FSpecial - Torpedo Grab:
With the Torpedo Ted Box, Bill slams it in front of him, anyone hit by this attack will be grabbed by the Ted Hand, and Bill will fly with the opponent forward! You can then throw the opponent forward, up or down

DSpecial - Sniper Bill:
Bringing a SuperScope (which Bullet Bill does use in one of the Mario RPG games), Bill can aim the weapon up or down slightly, and then shoot a Mini Bill into that direction!

USpecial - Tanooki Tail:
With the power of the Super Leaf, Bill grows a Tanooki Tail and uses it to spin around, which grants him a small boost upward, however if you can also hit your opponents with this move, which won't flinch them, but will spin them around horizontally!

Basics: Bill starts the match with a Blaster on the field, this Blaster is the core of his gameplay, changing many of his moves when used closed or in conjunction with the Blaster. You and your opponents can also stand on top of the Blaster
Remote Strongs: Bill's Strongs are very weak "pointing" at different directions, however if the Blaster is out, the direction Bill points, the Blaster will shoot out a small blast close to itself, this can definitely catch opponents off-guard
Blaster Strongs: However if Bill inputs any of his Strongs while close to the Blaster, he'll instead hop inside if, and charge up! Bill will use the Blaster to then fly into the direction of the Strong, the more you charge the further Bill travels. Also if Bill comes into contact with any terrain, he'll bounce off of it
Kamikaze Respawn: Remember how the Kamikaze kills Bill on touch? Well if you have a Blaster out, you'll then respawn at the Blaster instead! Taking a small amount of recoil damage, and come out of the Blaster travelling to the same direction you were traveling with the Kamikaze! If you hit someone with the Kamikaze, Bill comes out of the Blaster no problem, however if he hits a terrain with the Kamikaze, he comes out of the Blaster, but the Blaster gets destroyed
Blaster Respawn: If somehow the Blaster gets destroyed, either by hitting the Kamikaze on a terrain, getting parried when using certain attacks, or just having the Blaster go off-stage, fear not! You can use NSpecial while on the ground to quickly build another Blaster! You can do this anytime you're on the ground, even if the Blaster is out, just press Parry at the start of the Kamikaze.
Moving the Blaster: There are 2 ways to move the Blaster, either by hitting it with USpecial, or carrying it around and throwing it with FSpecial, when the Blaster is thrown like that, it will have a sizable hitbox
Filling the Blaster: Another quirk you have is, you can shoot your Mini Bills from DSpecial into the Blaster, doing so will fill the Blaster with Mini Bills! You can do so up to 5 times, and how do you release them! Use any of your Remote Strongs and the Blaster you shoot out stronger and faster versions of the Mini Bill one after another, into the strong direction.
