How I Drift
There's other ways to drift, but here's how I drift:

One way I drift is powersliding. I slow down a bit before oversteering in a corner. If the car isn't going that fast, I just ignore braking. Then I turn the wheel the other way while stepping on the gas. Normally this leaves me in a guardrail or on the other side of the corner if I'm lucky.

Another way I drift is by pulling the handbrake. However, sometimes I spin out and endanger the life of a guardrail. Or fall off a cliff. Or end up in a cliff.

These two videos show more drifting methods.

car tune goes a long way. I play on both wheel and controller and have different "default" tunes for them and drifting becomes alot more controllable and consistent.

I've been an excellent drifter in Forza since Forza Motorsport 4, and it doesn't carry over whatsoever, I can 4 wheel drift without countersteering no problem, with 200hp and no handbrake but doing that in this game is nearly impossible at least with a controller lol
