Welcome To Snowpiercer, 9 cars long

Before I start I want to give a great thanks to Ohka for making car #6, xDARk ASSaSSAIN for making car #5 and Ak350 for making walkthrough's in between cars

Snowpiercer is a train in an apocalyptic world where everything has frozen and the last of humanity is surviving on an ark train. On the digital version there is a Snowpiercer Movie (2013) available, and a Snowpiercer TV Shows (2020). They both have the same world and similar trains to some extent but have different morals and endings. The TV show is much more detailed and developed since it is already running for 2 seasons and is filming season 3 as we speak. The TV show is available on Netflix, I seriously recommend you to watch at least season 1 because if you don’t, you have a potential of spoiling a lot when checking out this creation. If you do not have hours of free time available but still want to learn about the train briefly, please watch these 2 videos (they both spoil a lot) Promo (Intro) and Season 1 Summary.



Snowpiercer | Stormworks recreation

A small community and I have recreated Snowpiercer from the TV Show. It is a 9 car >400 meter train with 2 to 3 floors per car. All the 9 cars have their own different environments and points of interest. For full detail about each car and Trailer Plot please join the Snowpiercer discord which will later probably change to my own private hangout for creators like you!

How to start the train
  • After you spawn the train (if you don’t know how to spawn it, scroll to the bottom of the description) enter the train from the main entrance form the side of the engine

  • Close the main entrance door behind you and after climbing the stairs please head right to the cockpit

  • Sit down in the main drivers seat and press 1 to rotate your seat

  • Now look at the monitors and wait for the power to reach 100% (or turn on infinite electrics to make the process faster)

  • Please release the brake on the left hand side throttle lever

  • Set the right hand side throttle lever to 72% (max)

  • After throttle set to max your alarm systems will start beeping, in case that is true go to the service hatch next to the hallway entrance from the cockpit. Climb downstairs and press RESET INTAKE SYSTEM

  • Now climb out of the service hatch, close the hatch and you are good to go.



Performance on Computers

I am aware that not all of us have the best computers the world has to offer, I myself have a generally weak laptop. So for users with non NASA supercomputers it will be a little bit slow but definitely playable!

I personally have played with the train in both single-player and multiplayer and for me the game runs at a good 20 FPS physics and 60 FPS render. Especially in multiplayer, there is not much difference from single-player, in fact, I have noticed a boost in performance. If you do decide to play in multiplayer have the person who made the world spawn the train since it is not possible otherwise. The reason you may want to play in multiplayer is because it is very fun to role play!
