It's a bit "heavy assets" but trust me, i've spent many hours selecting them and they are all five star assets.
Plus i've created a couple of custom bridges with these assets that you can't find otherwise on the workshop (like the one on the first screenshot).
Visual mod are not included, if you are interested you can find the collection at the bottom of the page.

Terrain Height:
Starting tile is quite flat and easy to build, many others areas have a challenging terrain.
In general there is a lot of terrain to build on, I would call it a "medium difficult" map.

Trees and performance:
476k trees so you need unlimited trees mod (i use the new version but the old one is still good), mostly are low poly trees which I have carefully selected.
Overall performance is good on my 4 year old PC, at maximum detail and 4k resolution.

Resources and water
Plenty of resources almost everywhere.
In the starting tile there is already both electricity and water pipe,but there is no real waterflow.
So if you want to play with vanilla rules you will have to find a solution to your sewers. Play with 25 or 81 tile and place them somewhere else.

(I had thought of placing a couple of water treatment plants hidden in some corner,
just to not get complaints from BonBonB ;) , but I don't like them and didn't want to waste XX nodes and segments on useless pipes)

Relight, Ultimate Eyecandy and other settings:
Look at the last screenshot with all my settings (I am color blind, so be patient and change the colors if you don't like them)

Railway Replacer mod:
Activate it then in game ALT+SHIFT+P and select the catenary. I've chose the German-Truss-M version , but in the same pack you'll find another type that maybe you'll prefer.

Highway signs:
All highway signs can be edited with procedural object mod, including electronic ones. You can change the texts to your liking.

Suggested visual mods:

"Classic one" : daylight classic, clouds and fog toggler, cubemap replacer, tree lod fix ecc...
I use render it! instead of postprocessFX but both are good.
