Follow the instructions :

Start a bot game in any Defuse map.
Join CT Team.
Open console (~).
Copy and paste this in the console :
mp_round_restart_delay 0.01; mp_roundtime_defuse 0.01; mp_freezetime 0; mp_maxrounds 100; mp_restartgame 1
Press Enter
The game may bug and may not let you open the menu to quit, if so, press F10 and quit the game, then restart the game.

Done ! You've unlocked the achievement.

Suivez ces instructions :

Commencer un match hors-ligne contre des bots dans une map Defuse.
Rejoignez l'équipe Antiterroriste.
Ouvrir la console (~).
Copiez et collez ces commandes dans la console :
mp_round_restart_delay 0.01; mp_roundtime_defuse 0.01; mp_freezetime 0; mp_maxrounds 100; mp_restartgame 1
Appuyez sur Entrée.
Il se pourrait que le jeu bug et vous empêche d'ouvrir le menu, si c'est le cas, appuyez sur F10 pour quitter le jeu et relancer le jeu.

Et voilà ! Le succès est débloqué.
