KCC's Observer Trinket Expansion

(This is my first mod I have made.)
Inspired by Anonymous_Koala's idea, this mod gives you 15 more Observer rarity trinket based on each vanilla hero.
You can get these trinkets from a certain otherworldly KCC's miniboss: the Observer.
