ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ
This mod changes the conditions under which a pop can migrate to make the entire system less based on just moving unemployed pops to planets with jobs.

In exact terms these changes are:

Pops will only migrate from worlds with more than 10 pops.

Unemployed pops owned by gestalt empires can always migrate.

Worker pops will migrate if there are multiple unemployed on the planet, overcrowding on the planet or if they are decadent.

Specialists and Rulers will migrate if their habitability is below 50%, planet stability is at 0 or planet devastation is above 50%.

Slaves and Robots will migrate if they are unemployed.

No pops will migrate to planets with less than 25 stability.

Is this mod still needed, or has Paradox finally fixed things?

is it making performance better ? also what about compability

I thought Decadent made them unhappy if they had no slaves? Oh, they changed it by a lot at some point and I didn't realize, sheesh.

Okay, that makes sense.

@Velaroz 1. Yes that is supposed to simulate fleeing a planet. 2.I wanted to make slave/robot migration possible without having to build an extra building. 3. Decadent is a trait which makes pops unhappy if they work worker jobs. I thought making them try to migrate to get a better job would make sense.

Query 2: This is probably for 3.0.2. In 3.0.3, vanilla makes slave migration possible, but they need the Slave Processing Facilities building on the planet to be able to do so *if the planet is not a Thrall world*. Would you possibly be able & willing to add in this stipulation for Enslaved Pops?

Query 3: For the line of "If they are decadent", that refers to the species trait for owning slaves or being unhappy as fuck, right?

All of these sound very nice, but reading things over I have one thing to mention, and a few queries.

The statement:
The fact you made migration require planets to have more than 10 pops is a nerf to people just repeatedly colonizing habitats, forcing pops to be unemployed & migrate off, to get artificial booms in pop growth rate via breaking vanilla mechanics. My thoughts? Thanks.

Query 1:
Does the "Above 50% Devastation" mean that pops will attempt to flee a planet being bombarded/invaded?
