General Tips & Tricks

Use this method to get into most bases in the game.

Use stealth and try to sneak as often as you can as this will make the game a lot easier, and a lot more fun. Therefore, you should also invest in stealth skills and use suppressors.
Combining stealth with the drone is the best way to approach most missions. The drone can mark enemies very quickly so that you know exactly where they are. This shows up on the minimap, which you should look at a lot.
Always take out alarms first in every base.

You can also use photo mode (F10) to check for enemies and such. It won't mark anything, but it is a risk-free way of doing it.

Use night- and thermal vision. The night vision is a lot more useful than thermal vision, and I recommend using it whenever you are doing a mission during the night, or even during the day if you are in a dark area.

Also, use the multiple Special Outfits to make different outfits for each type of region (forest/jungle, desert, snow/salt flats, and more). This doesn't affect the gameplay, but it can make it more fun for you when playing since you won't be using the same outfit throughout the whole game if you do this.

Some skills to prioritize:
  • Grenade Launcher, Ammo Capacity, Adv Suppressor
  • Parachute, C4
  • Stamina, No pain, Quiet running, Bullet resistance, Detection
  • Revive speed, Extra sync shot, Born leader

Use helicopters as often as you can to travel between missions. The small helicopters are better than the big ones because they are faster and easier to control. When you are going across the map, fast travel unless you enjoy flying or driving.

Don't worry about waiting for AI teammates to get into vehicles. They will teleport into the vehicle after a few seconds if you drive or fly away.

Upgrade the Vehicle Drop-off rebel skill to level 3 as soon as you can so that you can spawn small helicopters whenever you want to.

Unlock and upgrade the Grenade Launcher skill. This will be very useful and help you out a lot. Remember that you have to manually equip it to your weapon, and some weapons require you to upgrade the skill in order to use it on them.

Get the Desert Tech HTI BDC sniper rifle as soon as you can by getting to level 30, starting Tier One-mode, and getting to tier 40. This is one of, if not the best sniper in the game.

If you are in the open, and a helicopter is coming towards you, go prone to stay undetected.

If you are playing solo, use the command wheel to give your AI teammates orders.

Whenever you enter a new province, always get the intel chaches and lieutenants first (white circle with an exclamation mark on the map). Always start with the second option when getting these, which is skill points, weapons & accessories, and bonus medals. After that, take supply raids and rebel ops.

Use the shoulder switch function to get an advantage around corners.
The game is third-person, but use first-person mode when aiming since it is more accurate.
Missions & Operations Tips & Tricks

If you are having a hard time sneaking into the base undetected during "Operation: Watchman", do "Operation Silent Spade" first. This will make sneaking easier because you get a camouflage/invisibility backpack.

Use vehicles as cover to make the fight against The Predator during "The Jungle Moved" easier. (this mission has been removed from the game)

Defeat all buchons (clear all provinces) before going after the underbosses and operation heads.

Don't skip supply raids and rebel ops. The skills you unlock from doing rebel ops are very useful, especially vehicle drop-off, which you get from clearing and hacking network stations. The supplies you get from supply raids are needed to upgrade other skills.

Anyone reading this Guide: ..some info is completely wrong, other things lack context.
Overall barely covers anything useful for players that will invest at least 150+ hours :cozypoesad:
-> All this works in easier modes, just don´t try it @Tiermode and definitely not @Ghostmode
