Changing the custom URL does not change your Steam ID.

If I see this creepy punk again, I am blocking him. The warnings have been made.

Had a similar case, where the one sending me a friend request, copied the Steam groups I was in exclusively. The worst being that they wouldn't even send me a message explaining what they wanted from me, neither answer to my questions. Not even for a scam attempt of anything.
