Village Castle Entrance Gate

Collect the "Demon Crest" and "Maiden Crest" from the Church and in front of Luiza's house after leaving said house.
Insert and rotate the 2 Crests to match the image below.

Castle Main Hall 2F South Door

Examine the "Maroon Eye Ring" which will be in your Key Item inventory and you will receive "Maroon Eye" which you need to use on the door.

Castle Hall of War Torches

Walk into, hit or shoot the hanging flame to push it into the torches and light them both by doing so.

Castle Hall of Ablution Statues

As you enter the room, turn the two statues on the right to face each other and the statue with multiple men to face the horseman. End result can be seen below:

Castle Opera Hall Piano

Imagine the keys being numbered from the RIGHT (rightmost key is No.1). Hit the keys in this order: 7>10>8>9>9>6>7>6>5>5

Castle Atelier Bells

Shoot the 5 Bells shown in the screenshots below (first screenshot shows 2 Bells):

Castle Hall of Pleasure Statue

Take the "Mounted Animal Skull" off of the wall and examine the back of it to get "Animal Skull" which you need to use on the statue in place of "Mask of Pleasure."

Castle Special Chambers Torches (Optional)

After getting the "Iron Insignia Key" from the Opera Hall Piano Puzzle.
Blow up the cracked wall with an explosive weapon (there is a pipe bomb in the room) to reveal the flame.
Walk into, hit or shoot the left hanging torch to move it into the flame and light it by doing so. Then move the right one into the now lit left one. (Possible to do by walking into them both quickly but it is much easier to just shoot them).

Lone Road Chest (Optional)

After escaping the castle go back to Luiza's house and you will find a jewelry box where the entrance to the house used to be (first screenshot below). "Luiza's Necklace" is inside, examine it and you will receive "Necklace Stone" and "Necklace with Key", now examine the later and you will receive "Luiza's Key". Use the key on the chest at the Lone Road (second screenshot below).

Examine and remove the left leg.
After the Storage Room Music Box Puzzle when you got the Tweezers, examine the mouth and use them.
After the Study Film Reel Puzzle when you get the Scissors, cut the bandage and examine the chest.

Match the scratches on the music box cylinders. End result should match the screenshot below.

Then insert the "Brass Medallion" you got from Mia Doll's chest.

Beneviento Grave (Optional)

This must be done right after leaving House Beneviento. Go back the Graveyard in the Village and you should see a couple of enemies. One them is going to open a gate that leads to a "Stone Slab" (first screenshot below). Pick this up and bring it back to the Beneviento grave (second screenshot below) and insert it to complete stone plate. (There will be a mini-boss here so come prepared or be ready to run!)

Reservoir Platforms

When you first arrive at the colored platforms flip the Blue and Orange switches and cross to the other side.
When you arrive in the house with 3 switches, flip them in this order: Orange>White>Blue and as you run across flip the only switch on the way out which is Orange and keep running right.

Reservoir Sluice Gate Controls

Press each switch the specified number of times:

Mountain Stream Well Dungeon (Optional)

Climb on top where the console is then press both White buttons on the console and cross to the other side and push the first cart twice and the second once then jump on the cart that fell and climb up on the platform to reach the goal.

Mountain Stream Castle Dungeon (Optional)

Shoot the hanging flame to push it into the torches and light the two closest ones by doing so. Once the right one is lit, an enemy will come out of the room. Light this enemy on fire with the hanging flame and lure him to the last torch to open the third door (the enemy will respawn if it dies before the last torch is lit so don't worry).
