In 2018, it was possible to wind up using the "Charles" program.
But the method is no longer active.
We will use macros.

First you need to have a YouTube account, you also need to find any video that will be massively uploaded to your channel.
I made a video of just 5 seconds of black screen (you can download its ss version from the link - Video).
After downloading, rename and copy press ctrl + v to create a copy of the video.
A maximum of 10 videos can be uploaded to YouTube every day (if you pass the verification, you can do much more).
The more videos you upload, the faster it will be to farm the amount in the incentive (I advise 100 videos).
You can add a maximum of 1k video, then you need to wait about 30 minutes, videos are counted only if there is an inscription:
The method does not always work, but from the very beginning of creating Steam so far (if it doesn’t work for you, wait and just try).

So now we have 10 - 100 videos, we need to connect YouTube to Steam.
You can add it manually, but it's too dreary. I wrote a macro in AHK. It's not difficult just move the mouse and click, you can edit mine (it's not difficult especially when there is ChatGPT[chat.openai.com] in the world)

I made a macro for my parameters:
1. Opera browser
2. Having 100 YouTube videos
3. Monitor extension 1920x1080
4. Scale the page in the browser 100%

To customize for you:
1. Replace "WinActivate, Opera" with "WinActivate, Chrome" - if you have chrome...

2. Find a Loop inside which there are two Loops, this Loop costs 18 repetitions, this is 90 videos + 10 videos in another part of the script. And so if you have on YouTube:
10 videos put 0 repeats
20 videos put 2 repetitions
30 videos put 4 repetitions
And so on +10 videos = +2 replays

3. The third point can only be corrected by redoing the script.
4. The fourth point can be corrected by changing the scale of the page (ctrl + mouse wheel) by default is 100%.
