A lot actually. Naturally, everyone's experience is different from anyone's else. I don't believe that there are 2 identical things in this world. Even if it is slight, or unnoticeable there are never going to be 2 things exactly the same. Not even atoms. But to be honest, that mostly turns out to be fake when it comes to humans [at least from my own experience]. Those who actually understand me are the ones who see me in my worst & still stick around to understand & question what & why that happened & walk the extra mile. That's not rambling at all. Fair question (: I think sometimes you can tell by just talking to someone, or maybe you can't help but feel like you're talking to someone who has felt/seen so much considering their age? and at times that click when you know deep down they actually understand you on levels you didn't think were possible? I'll stop rambling haha!
